Dear Our Precious Alfie Bear

Firstly we would like to congratulate the Mayor, Councillor Gareth Eales on becoming the 777^th Mayor of Northampton.

We are extremely honoured that the Mayor and Mayoress, Cllr. Gareth and Terrie Eales have chosen to support our Alfie Bear’s Journey Fund – The Brain Tumour Charity during their year In office.

When we heard Danny's colleague, Matt Flowers was taking on the 4 Deserts Namibia Challenge in support of Alfie Bear's Journey we were very excited.

The challenge also known as 'The Sahara Race' is extremely tough and we are overwhelmed that Matt took on this incredible challenge to support us.

We were so excited to have been chosen alongside 14 amazing charities, to take part in the Northampton Saints Charities Project, at the Saints vs Saracens match this Easter.

Charities Day took place at Stadium MK on the 16th April and we were honoured to see Saints Player, Ken Pisi (Number 14) wear our Alfie Bear's logo on his shirt sleeve.

The Ewe Must be Joking Team have supported Alfie Bear's Journey - The Brain Tumour Charity since 2014. In that time, they have given us amazing support and raised an incredible amount of money for Paediatric Brain Tumour Research.
